Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and even fish and lean meats. The less processed and the more natural the food the healthier it is for our bodies.

As humans we were also intended to move and exercise. None of our ancestors led a deskbound life. They were always up and around, moving about in the course of living. If you want to accomplish optimum wellbeing including losing weight you need to incorporate both exercise and an optimum nutrition diet.

So if you want to combat obesity and lose weight for good not to mention create optimal health start eating the healthiest foods in nature and begin an work out plan. Your body will thank you and you will see the results on your bathroom scale.
